With over two decades of experience spanning fintech, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology across East Africa, Joe leads Avril Capital's mission to deliver world-class technology solutions to the institutions that power Tanzania's economy.

His career spans consulting engagements across banking, telecoms, government, logistics, and manufacturing, bringing deep expertise in computer forensics, network security, and technology strategy to organisations of every scale. He has a proven track record of building technology partnerships with global vendors for the African market.

Previously serving as CTO at Agnet Group and IT Manager at Aggrey & Clifford, Joe has built and secured digital infrastructure for some of East Africa's most demanding institutions. At Avril Capital, he brings this breadth of experience to every engagement, whether securing a bank's digital perimeter, architecting blockchain infrastructure, or transforming an institution's web presence.
