Challenge

Most organizations only learn about their digital exposure after an incident. Legal, security, and conversion gaps sit in plain sight across websites, apps, and social presence, but no one is paid to find them, and developers were never asked to look.

Solution

Built Sentinel, a proprietary audit platform that evaluates the public-facing digital surface across seven dimensions: Trust and Legal, Conversion and UX, Performance and Mobile, Search and Discoverability, AI Implementation, Security and Hardening, and an Authorized Penetration Test. Three engagement tiers cover the full stack: Surface for the public-facing posture, Perimeter for org-wide deep posture, and Sentinel Executive for the personal C-suite layer.

Free public-facing summary delivered in 48 hours, boardroom-ready report with CVSS-scored findings and a prioritized remediation playbook in five business days, and an optional Implementation tier that fixes critical and high findings before the report is even handed over.

Challenge

Tanzanian entrepreneurs lack accessible, localized tools to evaluate business feasibility before investing capital. Generic business plan tools ignore local regulatory requirements (BRELA, TRA, TFDA, LATRA) and real market conditions.

Solution

Built a bilingual (Swahili/English) AI-powered platform using Claude AI combined with a proprietary Tanzanian business data layer. Features feasibility scoring (0-100), BRELA registration guidance, financial projections, compliance checklists, and an Idea Marketplace across 11 industry sectors.
