Challenge

Tanzanian entrepreneurs lack accessible, localized tools to evaluate business feasibility before investing capital. Generic business plan tools ignore local regulatory requirements (BRELA, TRA, TFDA, LATRA) and real market conditions.

Solution

Built a bilingual (Swahili/English) AI-powered platform using Claude AI combined with a proprietary Tanzanian business data layer. Features feasibility scoring (0-100), BRELA registration guidance, financial projections, compliance checklists, and an Idea Marketplace across 11 industry sectors.

Result
