TCIF: Tanzanite Crypto Index Fund
Challenge
350M+ unbanked Africans lack access to diversified crypto investment products. Existing index funds charge 1-2.5% fees and have no African market presence.
Solution
Built Africa's first decentralized crypto index fund on BNB Chain with 6 verified smart contracts (TCIFToken, NAVOracle, TCIFSale, TeamVesting, TCIFTimelock, GovernanceDAO), 15-asset diversified portfolio, Gnosis Safe multi-sig treasury, and DAO governance with 0.15% annual fee.
Result
6 smart contracts deployed and verified on BNB Chain mainnet. NAV Oracle live with 15-minute price updates. $5M raise target with private sale at $0.05/token launching Q2 2026. CertiK & Hacken audits in progress.
Anzisha: AI Business Feasibility Platform
Challenge
Tanzanian entrepreneurs lack accessible, localized tools to evaluate business feasibility before investing capital. Generic business plan tools ignore local regulatory requirements (BRELA, TRA, TFDA, LATRA) and real market conditions.
Solution
Built a bilingual (Swahili/English) AI-powered platform using Anthropic's Claude AI combined with a proprietary Tanzanian business data layer. Features feasibility scoring (0-100), BRELA registration guidance, financial projections, compliance checklists, and an Idea Marketplace where entrepreneurs can list ideas for sale or attract investors across 11 industry sectors.
Result
Platform currently in active development and testing at anzisha.xyz. Early user feedback shaping the product roadmap. Free tier available with premium reports at TZS 10,000 and monthly subscriptions at TZS 15,000.
